ABMC Clark Veterans Cemetery Superintendent Tim Pratt reported about 70 persons including about 25 VFW Members other Veterans family and friends volunteered to plant U.S. and Philippine flags on each of the 8000 graves at Clark Veterans Cemetery for Memorial Day.
