Description
Office hours at Post home. Assisted widow Palazzolo and prepared an SF180 form to request her husband's military records. Assisted veteran Berry with a social security application and attempting to sign up for Login.gov and id.me. Had to send email to FBU. Prepared a change of address form for his benefits. Spoke to a veteran who stopped by office with concerns about increasing his VA benefits. I passed on our Benefits Advisor's information to him.
