Comrade Melvin Stanton stopped at McDonald's in Carcar Cebu. Upon entering a little girl was trying to sell some cloth towels. He noticed the girl was barefoot and looked a little dirty. Comrade Stanton ended up buying the little girl some breakfast and donating some change to her.
